However, motorhomes do have a few drawbacks, especially when it comes to exploring places that are difficult to access. It's essential to have a light means of transport in addition to your motorhome, such as a motorbike, scooter or bicycle. While motorbikes can easily be placed in the garage of your motorhome (often located at the rear of the vehicle), it is more practical to place bicycles directly outside the motorhome, on its rear side.

As with any other vehicle, it is possible to’attaching a bike rack to your motorhome. They are generally attached to the rear of the vehicle, to optimise the space that is so important in your motorhome. They can also be fitted to the top of your vehicle if it's not too high, but this can increase fuel consumption and limit you in many ways in terms of height. • • Rails The rails hold the bikes in place. The rail is slightly curved to accommodate the shape of the wheels and prevent the bike from tipping over.
• • Wheel chocks They prevent the bike from rolling on the rails, providing a stop. Our wheel chocks also include straps to secure the wheel properly.
• • Support arm These hold your bike by its frame, to prevent it from tipping over with the movements of the motorhome.
